- We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with progressive growth and increased responsibility.
- High School diploma required.
- Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines.
- Hands-on experience with Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment is a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and air brake systems.
- Ability to work independently/Self Starter
- Ability to work as part of a team for larger jobs
- Ability to mentor junior Mechanics
- Ability to think outside of the box and Problem solve effectively
- Basic Technology skills are required such as ability to use a smart phone, computer and email
- CDL and/or ASE certifications are a bonus!
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday
- 10 hour shift
- Some on call
